Satisfaction Guarantee
We want to do more than meet your expectations—we
want to exceed them! We will gladly work with you to make this a wonderful
shopping experience for you. We are honest and fair and want you to come back so
its important that we do our best to please you. Every item is carefully
inspected before it is shipped.
If for some reason
your item is defective, we will repair or replace the item immediately. We
strive to offer quality handmade jewelry, and we want you to be pleased with
your purchase. Abuse or mistreatment causing items to break or be defective
will be replaced or repaired at your expense.
Refunds are made in the
form of original payment OR via company check--at the discretion of Lisa’s
Jewelry and Gift Creations management.
Payments
Lisa’s Jewelry and Gift Creations accepts payments of money order or credit card. All
payments are made through our secure server. Credit card payments are processed
through our secure server with ProPay. Lisa’s Jewelry Creations accepts
MasterCard and VISA. If mailing payment with order, your order must be printed
in full and accompany payment.
Gift
Packaging
We will wrap
your gift for $2.50per item additional. We can then ship it to you, or to the
gift recipient. Please notify us when you checkout. Include your message and
we’ll add a gift card at no additional charge. Don’t forget to add the
recipient’s name, address and telephone number, if it should be shipped to them.
Credit Card Security
At Lisa’s Jewelry Creations, your payment information is encrypted and then
saved to our 100% secure database. No credit card or personal information is
ever sent via email or other non-secure means. Your information is kept
private. We do not share your private information with anyone.
Cancellations Process
Most orders are processed immediately. Once an
order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Email us to find out the
status of the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Returns
Items you wish to return may be returned for a refund, as long as they are
returned in its original packaging with all accessories and are received back in
unworn condition within 10 days of the order date. There are no refunds on
custom orders, special orders and personalized items. Please note that
shipping is non refundable,
unless
of course an error is made by LJC. You
are responsible for return shipping. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of
delivery confirmation date.
Product
Availability & Substitutions
Lisa’s Jewelry
and Gift Creations reserves the right to substitute any accent beads for other similar
beads due to unexpected inventory shortages. Lampworked beads, fused glass and
African clay beads are handmade and will vary slightly. Your
jewelry piece may be of slightly different size and/or color due to these normal
handcrafted variances. Some of the items on our website are one-of-a-kind. We
are usually very quick to update when items are sold. If however, the piece you
order is not available, we will call or email you to let you know. It may be
possible for us to make another of the same style, etc. We will let you know
this so that you can decide. If you see an item that has been sold, or is not
the right size, please send us an email, describing the item, and the changes to
be made. Most of the time, this is no problem. We will let you know the cost
difference, if any, and how long it will take to make.
Shipping
We ship "best
way" via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post. UPS is our preferred
shipping method and all orders over $50.00 are always sent via UPS. Standard
shipping time is between 4-10 days. Need it in a hurry? Let us know and we can
upgrade your shipping to express for an additional charge. Just contact
customer-care, let us know and we'll do the rest.

International Orders
Any applicable
customs, duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the consignee in the
destination country or the bill-to customer on the order. International
shipping charges will be determined at the time of shipping.
For the protection of
credit card holders as well as vendors, credit card issuers have increased
security requirements for Internet orders. Additional information may be
requested for processing International credit card orders, and additional time
may be required to ensure a safe transaction. |
