Lampworked Beaded The art of glass beadmaking is ancient. The process involves coating a mandrel with bead release and melting a glass rod onto the mandrel while continuously rotating the mandrel. After the glass is gathered, it is formed, manipulated and decorated as desired. The beads are then annealed to prevent cracking. They can be used to make the most creative and unique jewelry pieces. Many of these jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind. Some jewelry may be duplicated, but never exactly, as each is individually handmade. Even those duplicated pieces will be slightly different in size, design or color, making each jewelry piece unique in it's own right. There are many colors available, if you see a style you like, but would like it in a different color or metal, just e-mail me at lisa@lisasjewelrycreations.com to see if that color is available. It probably is! Our full line of Lampworked Bead Jewelry is available by clicking here.
